Mahaloktantra
Justifiable Democratic Public Self-Governance System

Introduction of Mahaloktantra
The Political Party 'Nyaya Dharm Sabha' (NDS) has proposed 111 Justice Proposals to implement the Justice in Society & Nation. The 53rd Justice proposal of NDS is Mahaloktrantra i.e. Justifiable Great Democratic Public Self Governance System. The proposal named Mahaloktantra strengthens the hands of Public of the Nation, where the Government body can not do anything without public consent. In Mahaloktantra, the Government Body and Governance System is operated by the Public Vote or by the Public Consent. That's why it is called the "Self Governance System" in which the Government is controlled by the Public itself. In Mahaloktantra, all three Sections and their operations are completely Democratic. This Mahaloktantra is the real and purest form of Democracy In Hindi, the Democracy is known as "Loktantra". The word "Loktantra" is a combination of two words- 'Lok+Tantra'. The meaning of "Lok" is Public, and the meaning of "Tantra" is Governance. The Public Governance is known as Loktantra i.e. Democracy.
By electing only Government body, the realistic Democracy can not be proved because the Governance is also required to be democratic.
Therefore, Mahaloktrantra is concerned with the government body and governance. These both sections are made democratic under the system of Mahaloktrantra. The 12 Voting Powers are concerned with these both sections of the Government. Mahaloktantra also includes 12 Veto Powers for the Public against the unjust activities with him by the Administrative Officials.
It is very clear that the Mahaloktantra empowers the Public and leads to the Participatory Governance.

The Introduction of Government
The entire structural system of Government is divided into two parts- Governing Body and Governance System. Also there are three parts of the Governing Body -
- Legislature
- Ministry
- Court
There are also three parts of the Governance System-
- Laws
- Policies
- Judgements
The three parts of the Governing body are also divided into two parts due to the election and termination process in the Legislature, Ministry and Court. Also, the three parts of the Governance System are also further divided into two parts due to the implementation and rejection of any Law, Policy, and Judgement. So, there are 12 Sections of Democracy.

Public Empowerment
- Voting Power
- Veto Power
Voting Power (12 Voting Rights)
The Right to vote is the only Symptom of Democracy. To operate these 12 Sections of Democracy through Public Vote is Justifiable Democracy. So, it is essential to implement Public Voting Right in all 12 Sections of a democratic government otherwise Democracy cannot be justified in any Nation. To operate these 12 processes of Government by Public Vote is the Justifiable Democracy. So, it is essential to implement Public Voting Right in all 12 Divisions of Government otherwise democracy cannot be justified in any Nation.
Veto Power (12 Veto Rights)
Under the concept of Mahaloktantra, the Voting Power is also extended to Veto Power. As per Justice along with 12 Voting Rights, there will be 12 Veto Powers available to the public. Voting Power will be concerned with Governance and Veto Power will be concerned with Administration.
Present Democracy
The Justifiable Democracy does not exist in any democratic nation of the world. It implies that either Imperialism, Dynasty, Dictatorship or a Gang System exists in the name of democracy by deceiving the people. Also in India, there is only 1/12 part of democracy i.e. to elect a member of parliament. The remaining 11 sections are still undemocratic. It means that the Public Consent is not allowed in the remaining 11 Sections. It implies that the Public is a Slave.
The Implementation of Justifiable Democracy :
The 12/12 Public Participation in National Governance is called the Justifiable Democracy i.e. Mahaloktantra. Instead of 1/12, the implementation of 12/12 Public Participation in Governance is the Prime Political Objective of Nyaya Dharm Sabha (NDS).
This also fulfills the Constitutional Objective of Political Justice prescribed in the Preamble of the Indian Constitution.
