Right to Propose
- The third justifiable special Democratic Right should be known as Right to Propose.
- Any Person, Group, Institution can propose any name for the post of Legislature, Ministry and Judiciary in a Justifiable Democratic Nation.
- Also, any Person, Group, Institution can propose any Law, Policies, Judgment in a Justifiable Democratic Nation.
- The concerned authorities like Election Commission and Standing Committee etc will be bound to consider the proposed matters.
