Employment Budget
- The second Justifiable National Budget allocation is Employment Budget.
- The equally proportionate Employment Budget is also the need of a Nation.
- The 25% of the total Nation Fisc should be allocated for providing the employment to the public on the basis of per family.
- This can be understood as "One Family One Employment".
- There are four types of resources of Employment in the Nation - Agriculture, Commerce, Public Service and Leadership.
- If 25% Employment Budget may justifiably be allocated, there will not be the existence of Unemployment in the Nation.
- Everybody will get the resource of Employment from this Employment Budget.
- An Employment fund should be created in the Nation and the complete 25% Fisc is to be deposited in this Employment Fund every year.
- This will create a huge fund which will never get exhausted, if the Employment Resource is provided as Interest Free Borrowings/Loans fully secured.
- A Justifiable amount (as 1,00,00,000/- to onwards) may be prescribed for the Employment for any citizen who needs it.
- This Interest free borrowed amount will be allowed on the condition of returning back through the installment.
- Although the installment amount will be decided as per borrower's desire.
- After repaying all the installments, the borrower will be allowed to withdraw the borrowing amount again & again within the prescribed limit.
- This Employment Fund will be Eternal.
- This Employment Fund will be used by Agricultural and Commercial Workers because the Government Employees and Political Leaders would not need the same.
- If by any reason, the Government is unable to allocate the 25% budget for this Employment Fund, there will be another option as BMLS to run the Employment Fund.
