Right to Employment

1. All citizens of the Nation have Fundamental Public Right to get an Employment Resource justfully on the basis of per Family.
2. From very ancient time, there have been four types of Employment Resources viz Agricultural Land, Commercial Capital, Administrative Remuneration & Leadership Allowances.
3. One employment resource must be provided per family according to the Merit, Quality & Eligibility.
4. After the completion of 25 years of Student life, a Person must get one Employment Resource compulsorily to run his family.
5. If any family has one employment resource, then it does not have right to get another employment resource.
6. If anyone has Agricultural Land, then he cannot do commercial business, and cannot work on the Governmental Post of Public Service, and cannot go Leadership.
7. Farming, Gardening and Dairying are included under the Agriculture Work.
8. Trade, Industry & Profession are included under the Commerce.
9. If 5 Acres of Land is provided for Agriculture on the basis of per family, then the family will survive easily.
10. At present, a person who owns the Agricultural Land, he also owns the commercial shops/hotels/industries. And one of his family members is sitting on the Administrative Post as Collector. And again a member that family will be ready to fight elections.
11. If the number of members in a family exceeds to the prescribed limit, only then you may get another employment.
12. Due to this unjust situation, another person who is unemployed and having more eligibilities but he has not a single resource because he has no right to have an employment in the Nation.
13. So, one employment resource must be allocated justfully to every citizen on the basis of per family.

3. Emotional Capability (E.Q.)
4. Spiritual Capability (S.Q.)
