Protection Budget

1. The fourth justifiable National Budget requires to be allocated is Protection Budget.
2. The equally proportionate budget is also needed for Protection Services.
3. The Protection is concerned with Medical, Security, Defense, Banking, Insurance etc.
4. A 25% Protection Budget is to be allowed from the National Fisc.
5. This fourth Budget will protect the whole Nation from every type of Social & Natural Calamities.
6. It will protect the whole Creation.
7. The Inert Things, Plants & Trees, Animals & Birds and the Human-being will easily and sufficiently be protected by utilizing this equally proportionate budget for Protection.
8. Up to a certain limit which may be useful to all, the Protection services will be available to all the four entities of Creation.
9. For the purpose of external attacks from the Enemies if the defenses expenses get increased at any time an especial provision may be made for these casual expenses.
10. This special provision may be done by deducting any percentage equally from all other three heads according to the requirement.
11. The Medical service to every citizen must be established, first of all.
