Freedom of Constitution

1. If the National Constitution is captured by any direct or indirect Power or Person, the Constitution can be meant as Slave.
2. The Slave Constitution cannot be proved as Justifiable because this can't do Justice among the Public.
3. The True & Real Justice based Constitution can only be accepted as the Independent Constitution.
4. If any Rule or Law in a Constitution is biased, the Justice cannot be done.
5. Every Judgment on the basis of biased Rules & Laws will surely be against True & Real Justice.
6. The complete infrastructure of the Government depends upon the Constitution so the Constitution should be based on the Scientific Principle of Justice.
7. The Equality of Soul & Appropriateness of Nature should combinedly be accepted to define the Justice.
8. This Principle of Justice can only be the base of Constitution and every Rule or Law should be made on base of this Principle.
9. The Impartiality can only be maintained through the Principle of Justice.
10. The Impartiality among the citizens of a Nation can be established through the Principle of Justice which can provide the Equal & Proper Rights and Duties to every citizen.
11. Therefore, it can vividly be said that the Freedom of Constitution is the Freedom of a Nation.
12. It is the fourth and final symptom of National Freedom.
13. A Justful Constitution can only be crossed checked by the Public Vote.
14. By passing or rejecting the Laws, Policies and Judgment under the constitution, the Public can participate in Governance.
15. The Participatory Governance is called Mahaloktantra which provides the Voting Power to the Public.
16. Under this Great Democratic system, the Public can feel Self-Governance.
17. The system of Mahaloktantra provides 12 Voting Rights (Dwadash-Matadhikar) to Public.
18. This Great Democratic system can only prove the Political Justice in a Nation and Freedom of a Constitution.
