Right to get Wealth

1. The second Human Right is to have Wealth in Society.
2. Every Human Being should be allowed to earn money to become wealthy.
3. To live a wealthy & prosperous life is the Fundamental Right of the Human being.
4. A civilized social life cannot be lived without Wealth.
5. Virtue is the cause of wealth and wealth is the cause of Pleasure.
6. Every he/she should have his/her fundamental right to become Wealthy through his/her Virtues.
7. Therefore the Right of Wealth is the second Fundamental Right after the Right to have Virtue.
8. Wealth is the result of Virtue. Only Virtuous persons can become Wealthy.
9. To earn the Wealth and to save earned money is the way to become wealthy.
10. Although, the human right to get wealthy is also required to be supported by the Public Right to get Employment from the Government.

Four Divisions of the Earning to become Wealthy

1. Consumption (25% of Earning to be incurred for Foods, Drinks etc.)
2. Utilization (25% of Earning to be incurred for Cloths, Bills etc.)
3. Socialization (25% of Earning to be incurred for Education, Employment, Accommodation, Medical Expenses of the family.)
4. Saving (25% of Earning to be incurred for Saving & Investment for Pension, P.F. etc.)
