Freedom of National Fisc

1. The Freedom of National Fisc is also a compulsory need of a Nation.
2. The Nation cannot be proved Free or Independent till the Fisc is Slave.
3. The Slavery of Fisc is always responsible for the Slavery of public and Nation.
4. If the National Fisc is Free from all the aspects of slavery, the Nation itself becomes Independent.
5. If any Government Postholder captures the Fisc, then the Nation and its residents are meant to be slaved.
6. National Fisc is the public property. Therefore the every citizen of Nation has the equal rights on the National Fisc.
7. The National Budget should be allocated among the Public Services only then; the freedom of National Fisc may be proved.
8. There are only four types of Public Services in a Nation known as Education Service, Employment Service, Accommodation Service and Protection Service.
9. The Government should be made responsible to provide these services to the public and the complete National Fisc is to be incurred on these public services only.
10. A Justifiable Budget can be prescribed as 25% Education Budget, 25% Employment Budget, 25% Accommodation Budget and 25% Protection Budget.
11. According to the Principle of Justice, the National Fisc should not be incurred in any other way and not on any objective.
12. The 50% of total Fisc must be incurred on the payment of equal remuneration to Government Employees and other 50% should be incurred on the infrastructure of all these four services.
13. If this equally proportionate budget provision is being adopted, only then the Fisc can be understood as Free and this Freedom of Fisc is the third symptom of National Freedom.
14. The National Fisc is a Public Property so this should not be misused by any Person, Post, and Authority or otherwise.
15. The Remuneration paid from the National Fisc to the Government Employees must be equally distributed among them because this is not the payment of the sale value of any skill or labour but this is the employee's family livelihood expenditure reimbursement. And every Government Employee's family is same. So Peon to President, every Government Employee should get the equal reimbursement.
